Beginners Class III - Level II
As the skill level of the class grows, students are introduced to some Intermediate techniques before being moved into the next higher level class. The class learns two phases of beginner level fighting applications before learning actual sparring. They will also be taught limited board breaking. (The two things they love most - fighting and breaking!). The opportunity to learn sparring exercises and board breaking is presented to the student after they have demontrated adequate ability and focus pertaining to the various components of each. Additionally, students must show an acceptable level of respect and self control during class as well as outside of class to be eligible to participate in these two portions of our program.

Our students in this class have a higher level of maturity and crave the challenge of learning more detail. This class breaks down the techniques further and emphasizes greater recollection of detail, without being over paced. A higher degree of focus is needed to keep up in this class. We practice beginner level blocks, punches, and kicks in this class, but the class is instructed on their techniques in more depth and in greater detail. Students train many ways in this class: individually, in line formation, with partners, on the kicking bags, or with our many kick shields, focus targets, and blocking aids.
